Another Shout Out about the Marriage Series.

I want to give a shout out AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN...y'all need to listen to the marriage series that Austin Stone is doing. I'm serious.
If you want your marriage to be something that at the end you say, "I would do it all over again", you need to check this out. If you are married or single.
You can download them from iTunes or go to the Austin Stone website and link to the messages there.
I can't tell you how passionate I am about this. Maybe you can already tell!
I am learning so much and it is amazing when I think back and remember what God has saved me from and being SO thankful of His grace in my life and that He has allowed me to grow and learn what a marriage should look like and what kind of man God desires me to be with, it's been through messes, but there is more grace than mess! I'm thankful that He is teaching me all of this!
SO CHECK IT OUT. I wish that I could make y'all do it, but I will just pray!
I'm so thankful for my church and the pastors and elders. What a blessing.

Em-So this is totally off subject...but I randomly went to your myspace and was reading your movies and where is Save the Last Dance? Maybe you just secretly love that movie:) ha ha....or maybe that was me that was obsessed with it. I just remember when I was sick you went out and bought the movie for me to watch over and over. Sweet friend. Sweet memories.
I had a dream about you last night. It was strange. I'll email you it.
Marriage series is good.
You should visit Joanna's blog, she has a really good quote that Jamie sent her.

Hey Em, here is the quote:
*A woman's heart should be so hidden in God, a man must seek Him to find her.* I don't know where it originated but Jamie sent it to me.

I am writing because a couple posts ago I took your advice and went to the Austin Stone site (via itunes) for some free downloads. ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEIR WEDDING SERIES!!! I was SO blown away by the first message. I am trying to pace myself so that I don't hurry through them but it's like when I finish I just want to get the next one to hear it ASAP. It's awesome.
I also did some fun resource on singleness through Carolyn Mahaney's blog girltalk. I found Carolyn McCulley and found her website on biblical femininity/singleness. She's a delight. I REALLY like reading their stuff. Go to my website to get a link or email me and I'll email you OR go to google and google the names I gave you. Their stuff should pull up.
I love you lots.
Miss you too.

I too am enjoying the Marriage series. I thought that the first message was powerful and very thought provoking. The statistics were a bit shocking to me. I didn't realize divorce rates were so high.

I loved the message though, thanks for the link and keep them coming! Good messages are hard to come by over here.

Also, on the opossum note....we have some sort of ferret or mink that is running around our neighborhood. It's pretty sweet but it surprised me the first time I saw it.
