Swiss Raclette

Last night Hilary and I went over to the Stephens'
house for dinner. One of the things that we didn't get to do while we lived there was experience the Swiss Raclette Grill. So they invited us back!

First you take little pieces of cheese and you put them on this little pan.










Then you put it into the Swiss Raclette Grill until the cheese is melted.














Then you drizzle the cheese over vegetables and potatoes! It was delicious!
I miss Denise's cooking! It was wonderful!





Denise was enjoying it too!




After dinner we decorated Halloween cookies!! There was purple frosting! Fabulous!
